Return Policy

1. General Policy

At The AB Solutions, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Due to the nature of our services—primarily digital and custom-tailored—we do not offer returns on delivered work. However, we may offer refunds or partial refunds under specific conditions outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

A. Web Design & Development Services

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started or no work has been delivered.
  • A written cancellation request is made within 3 business days of payment.
  • A mutual agreement is reached regarding dissatisfaction and attempts to resolve issues have failed.

No refunds will be issued:

  • After design/development work has begun.
  • For delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, delayed feedback).
  • Once the final website is delivered and approved.

B. Software Development Services

Due to the custom nature of software solutions, all sales are final once development has commenced. We do, however, work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide post-launch support or bug fixes as agreed.

C. Web Hosting Services

  • Hosting services are billed monthly or annually.
  • You may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the hosting.
  • No refunds will be provided for domain registrations, SSL certificates, or third-party tools.

D. Digital Products or Licenses (if applicable)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the product/license has been delivered or activated.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel any ongoing project by providing written notice.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and resources already committed.
  • In case of cancellation, The AB Solutions will provide a breakdown of completed work and applicable refund amount (if any).

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first is considered a breach of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and may pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent claims.
