Refund Policy

At The AB Solutions, we aim to deliver high-quality software, web design, development, and hosting services. Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, refunds are subject to specific conditions as outlined in this policy.


2. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • We encourage clients to contact our support team to resolve issues before requesting a refund.
  • Work already completed and time spent will be deducted from any approved refund amount.

3. Eligibility for Refund

A. Software Development Services

  • Non-refundable once development has started, as each solution is customized to client specifications.
  • We offer free bug fixes and technical support as per the service agreement.

B. Web Design & Development

  • A full or partial refund may be issued only if:
    • The project has not yet started.
    • A written cancellation is made within 3 business days of payment.
    • The client is dissatisfied, and we are unable to resolve the issue after multiple revision attempts.

C. Web Hosting Services

  • A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase for new hosting services.
  • No refunds are offered on:
    • Domain registration or renewal
    • SSL certificates
    • Services canceled due to policy violations

D. Maintenance Plans and Monthly Subscriptions

  • Clients may cancel their subscription any time.
  • Refunds will not be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle unless cancellation occurs within the first 5 days of a new billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback to move the project forward.
  • The service was delivered in full as per agreed scope.
  • The refund request is made after the service has been completed and approved.
